Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized Khusas

Return Process

  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  • Shipping the Return: Pack your Khusas securely and include the original receipt and Return Authorization Number (RAN). Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package is delivered safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that the correct item is reserved for you and shipped promptly.
