• Store in a dust bag or shoe box when not in use to maintain shape and finish.

• Avoid rough surfaces that may damage embroidery, fabric, or embellishments.

• Allow footwear to air out after wear to keep it fresh and comfortable.

Note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, embroidery, and finish may occur, making each pair uniquely crafted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

Product Condition: The Khusas must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and inserts.
Return Window: You must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

Gift cards
Sale items marked as final sale
Custom-made or personalized Khusas
Return Process

Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at +92 321 7957177 to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping the Return: Pack your Khusas securely and include the original receipt and Return Authorization Number (RAN). Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package is delivered safely.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that the correct item is reserved for you and shipped promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items
